FAQs

Q: What is the cleaning range on the Aqua Thruster?

A: Generally, most customers purchase a 1HP Aqua Thruster. This will move water in a 150ft radius on top of the water and a 100ft radius on the lake bottom.  See the Aqua Thruster page for HP and radius clearing chart.

Q: What should I expect the Aqua Thruster to do to the bottom of the lake?

A: All installations are different but in general, it will, over time, clear the large weeds near the thruster and significantly prevent them from coming back, remove the muck and if too close to the bottom it can also move the sand as well.

Q: Will the dock mount always require drilling into the top of my dock?
